I'm going to look into it some more right after posting this. Is this normal for Arma 3 to download whatever this workshop content is automatically? Or do I sound delusional? Sorry, hope I can get some clarification. So eventually I had 50+GB worth of unknown workshop content and I decided to uninstall Arma 3 completely from my computer and hopefully all the random workshop content it apparantly downloaded went with it. I want to know exactly what I'm putting on my new SSD when it comes to my games and game content. I was immediately frustrated because I couldn't figure out what this 'Workshop content' was. Steam starts downloading 'Workshop content' without any notice. ![]() Add future mods and workshop content later when I so choose. Just wanted to redownload the vanilla game so its ready for me to play and get into when I'd like. Allowing manual downloads from the Steam Workshop would allow people who don't own the game to manually download and place map and mod files in a process that's not much different from downloading mods/maps from other places, while people who bought the game are still the only ones that get the Subscribe button in the Steam Workshop. I decided to now redownload Arma 3 to my SSD. On my previous HDD I played Arma 3, and downloaded some mods and workshop content, ect.
